Ensuring smooth IT operations in the store by resolving all occurring problems ▪ Following up on all reported IT issues ▪ Ensure timely provision of 1st level support for all systems in the store ▪ Ensure that IT daily backup is performed and completed according to DOSI procedure ▪ Ensure the standard management documentation is in line with the company\'s DOA ▪ Monitor the server windows and antivirus update ▪ Managing network devices and servers. ▪ Perform POS maintenance (Cash counter, Network, and Server). ▪ Ensure the store documentation is in line with the company standards ▪ Ensure stability of the systems and communication applications to avoid any error/downtime in the operations ▪ Ensure preventive maintenance is done for all devices under (Annual Maintenance Contract) ▪ Ensure minimal delay in all recovery procedures in order to minimize the impact on operations ▪ Maintain professional, impartial and efficient relationships with suppliers and partners ▪ Organize store IT purchases according to DOA ▪ Maintain an optimal stock level for IT consumables and spare parts
